If you want to request data access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, or information about how FatturaFlow handles data, use one of the options below.
What to include in your request
- the account email address or linked Shopify store domain;
- the type of request: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or clarification;
- any details useful to identify the affected data precisely.
Shopify stores and end-customer requests
If you are a Shopify merchant and receive a request from one of your end customers, you can contact us at the same address. FatturaFlow also handles mandatory requests sent by Shopify through the platform privacy webhooks.
Response times
We handle requests within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature of the request, legal obligations, and the need to verify the identity or the context of the relevant store.
