These terms govern the use of the website, Shopify app, and FatturaFlow services. By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Service

FatturaFlow provides software tools to connect ecommerce stores, organize operational data, and support export and document-management workflows.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data, the confidentiality of credentials, and the authorized use of the service. We may suspend or limit access in case of misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.

3. Plans and billing

Some features may depend on the active plan. Paid services, limits, renewals, upgrades, and downgrades follow the terms shown in the app or pricing page at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service fraudulently, unlawfully, or to bypass platform or third-party rules.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, malicious reverse engineering, or abuse of integrations.
  • Do not upload data for which you do not have authority or permission to process.

5. Merchant data and responsibility

The merchant remains responsible for the accuracy of store data, the applicable tax setup, and any checks required by their advisor or applicable law. FatturaFlow is a software tool and does not replace legal, tax, or accounting advice.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or modify the service at any time. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FatturaFlow is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, or damages resulting from merchant misconfiguration, misuse, third-party integrations, or external service unavailability.

8. Termination and account closure

You can stop using the service and request account closure by contacting supporto@fatturaflow.it. We may close or suspend accounts that violate these terms, create technical risk, or remain inactive under our operational policies.
